  1. I'm the one who played it. I would play it different ways. Sometimes like you said. Sometimes, I would double my bet until one hit. Other times I'd go for top of towers. I almost always played the game with their money. I had my account closed, so I don't play it anymore lol Edit: if I played to get to the top, I'd change the seeds every 2 to 3 spins. It helped sometimes.

  3. I always get the same amount and it doesn't work half the time. They like to exaggerate or hide info for the bonuses. Not to long ago my host told me coco could only be claimed by so many people.
  4. Are the issues with coco going to be fixed anytime soon? He freezes on the screen or network error. Seems like issues started after captcha was added.
  5. The site wants us to sing and dance for a slight chance to win money that will more than likely just be out back into the site lol And I don't know why they wouldn't have the users vote on the videos. Would of been a great idea to get more involvement with the "community".
  6. It's good advice. But idk. This says it's all about community. All about giving feedback. It wasn't that long ago the employees were bragging about having the best bonuses. Since, most have been lowered or harder to get. People give feedback and it falls on deaf ears. Customer service will often send people to the forum to get help, so the users end up doing their jobs. A lot of the bonuses in chat come from the users. They want users to be active in chat, forum, Twitter, telegram, discord etc. It just seems like a needy site. The current giveaways it just cheap advertisement. Get the users to recruit people, give some of those users money, then they will most likely lose the money on the site. I do understand the site needs take money but the least they could do is invest some of that money on into customer service and act like they care a bit about the community they have created. Heck, they could do more with responsible gaming stuff. Ive seen quite a few suicidal messages on here and chat, this year. Looks like posts were deleted on the forum. It's not hard for their employees to link the sites to provide help for gambling addictions. I did contact the sites link at the bottom of the page, after an incident in chat yesterday morning.
  7. The only way it gets change is to make it harder to get. I'm sure it won't take long seeing how they decreased all the other bonuses. Pretty soon the wheel will be back to giving locked bcd. There's a comment above saying it's not based on wagering but it is. My host and customer service has told that it is.
  8. You don't get anything for posting here. I had the most liked content twice and never received anything. The only reason they have the forum is to help users so love support don't have to. I don't know how many times I asked support something and they said check the forum. Lazy and greedy hahaj

  10. You had to place a bet and leave a review on trust pilot. (This is against trust pilots rules.) But I didn't place a bet and just sent a screenshot of my old review and I got the free 15. I, also, wondered if the people who had deleted reviews still got credited. Trust pilot was removing false reviews and there is an ongoing investigation because of the contest.

  13. You said it yourself. It's a scam. What did you expect? Support wouldn't help any how. They can't handle simple issues. I, honestly, wonder if part of the requirements to be support is having experience in online scamming. Or those people that call and say you owe tax money and the cops are coming to arrest you hahaha
